Having had the privilege of traveling to Hawaii to undertake Mana Lomi level 1, studying vinyasa, yin and Reiki in New Zealand and 4 years working in the field of wellness, she is a dedicated and skilled practitioner committed to enhancing clients’ well-being through therapeutic touch. With an intuitive understanding of individual needs she delivers personalized treatments that promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and support overall health.

She is passionate about continuous learning and continues to expand her skills and knowledge.

In addition to hands-on therapy, she emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach to wellness, incorporating advice on self-care and lifestyle adjustments to enhance long-term benefits. McHale is a passionate and focused student currently immersed in his studies at Pacific Coastal College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver. Originally from the United States, he’s spent the last three years embracing the rugged beauty of British Columbia—finding not only peace, but a deep sense of purpose in its wild landscapes.

When he’s not studying or refining his massage techniques, you’ll likely find McHale deep in the backcountry, swimming across glacial lakes, or scaling cliffs in Squamish. Nature is his sanctuary, and adventure fuels his spirit.
